This Mobile is functional in India only, some feature may or may not work other than Indian sub continent, therefore app is not liable or any loss damages or any inconvenience to anybody. Therefore the proper functional, GPS is not working on phone then how to app running. Whenever we do not collect amount of any order then order is executed. This Service is only for INDIA. In case of any grievances, refund claim, any sort of complained in goods or service than the same has to be reported within 24 hrs from the time of order. You can upload one prescription at a time. You cannot cancel your order once your payment has been processed. Mera Patient app reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, amend, or modify any aspect of the program and/or any Reward policy or scheme at any time, without notice. Your Mera Patient Account username and password are personal to you. You may not transfer your account and you will be responsible for the activities associated with your Mera Patient Account. Mera Patient app will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Mera Patient account, you shall immediately notify Mera Patient app. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up-to-date on your account set up at Mera Patient app so that we can communicate with you electronically. Our Customers or Users are assumed to be having contractual capacity as per Indian contract act.  We provide link to third-party websites, our online payment service partners, which process your Net Banking and Credit/Debit Card payments, respectively. We are not responsible for the availability or proper functioning of such linked pages or sites, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience encountered as a result of using such Website link. Mera Patient app may accept or decline any order placed by a Customer in its absolute discretion without liability to you. Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 15 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. For that you need to send your bank account detail as the refund through banking channel only and for that you need to send your bank details as the refund will be send through banking channel. As per the Terms and Conditions of Mera Patient app, the App grants access to Users/Customers to view the content solely for visiting, ordering, and communicating only. All materials in this app, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, text, logos and page headers, that are part of this app are copyrights and/or other intellectual properties owned by Mera Patient app. All other trademarks not owned by Mera Patient app that appear on this App are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Mera Patient app. These Terms and Conditions and your use of Mera Patient app and its content will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Jaipur. You agree that Mera Patient app, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions, may terminate your access to and use of the App, at any time. You agree that any termination of your access to the App or suspension of your account may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Mera Patient app shall not be liable to you for any such termination. Your right to use the Mera Patient app services immediately ceases upon termination of your access/use of the App. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without further notice to you. Any such amendments we make shall be effective once we post a revised version of these Terms and Conditions on the app. It is your responsibility to review the Mera Patient app Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the App following the publication of any such changes will constitute your agreement to follow and be automatically bound by the amended terms and conditions. Mera Patient app reserves the right to discontinue any offer without any prior notice.



Users of Lab:-



The Discounts/Promotions/Schemes are applicable on the fully executed orders through Mera Patient app. The fully executed orders means booking of diagnostics test through app and payment made in respect of the particular booking. Any orders is not completed fully i.e. booking till payment (complete cycle) then no Discount/Promotion/Scheme can be claimed. Management reserve rights to amend/modify/cancel any Discount/Promotion/Scheme at any point of time without prior notice. The transactions completed will not be affected but the transactions in process will be subject to the amended Discount/Promotion/Scheme. Management reserve rights to de-impaneled any diagnostics lab or service providers at any point of time with or without any prior intimation. The user can not make any claim of any sort in this regard. However transactions in process will not be affected and will be completed from particular diagnostics lab or service providers. The result, quality of the test is subject matter of the particular diagnostics lab. Mera Patient app is not assuring any short of quality assurance in this regards. Any claim what so ever in this regard will be b/w the user and particular diagnostics lab. Mera Patient app does not claim any responsibility and does not assured any quality as claimed by the diagnostics lab. There may be cases of departure from the claims made by any particular lab. In such situation user can directly take up the matter with the diagnostics lab. Taxes as may be applicable at the time of transaction will be boned by the user extra. The promos offers offered by diagnostics labs are as per their slandered specification and subject to their terms & conditions. Anything has to be dealt in totality and can’t be claimed in part. Mera Patient app does not claim any responsibility of delay in report. The reports will be given in the soft copy by Email only. The hard copy/films can be collected directly from lab on pre request. The app services are to provide facility to the user and no way it is connected to any sort of services, act, conduct, action to be performed by the diagnostics lab. In no case the app is responsible for any sort of inconvenience or loss or damage if happened due to or during the performances of the service. The sole responsibility or liability in such situation rest with the particular diagnostics lab. It is advice to follow the instructions of the Doctor or laboratory. The territorial jurisdiction in case of any dispute will be Jaipur city only. The app is only aggregator and has nothing to do in such situation.  All refunds claim will be dealt as per the refund policy. The Lucky Coins can be redeemed against the invoice for payment in terms of the redemption policy.



Users of Medical Store:-



The Discounts/Promotions/Schemes are applicable on the orders executed through Mera Patient app. The fully executed order means order of Medicines through app and payment made in respect of the particular order. Any order is not completed fully i.e. order till payment (complete cycle) then no Discount/Promotion/Scheme can be claimed. Management reserve rights to amend/modify/cancel any offer at any point of time. The transactions completed will not be affected but the transactions in process will be dealt according to the prevailing Discount/Promotion/Scheme applicable of the time of order. Management reserve rights to de-impaneled any Medical Drug Store or service providers at any point of time with or without any prior intimation. The user can not make any claim of any sort in this regard. The taxes are payable extra. The promos and offers offered by Medical Drug Store are as per their slandered specification and subject to their terms & conditions. Mera Patient app does not claim any responsibility of delay in supply. All Claims are subject to refund policy. The completed transactions will be considered after the payment. The territorial jurisdiction in case of any dispute will be Jaipur city only. Mera Patient app does not claim any responsibility and does not assured any quality as claimed by the Medical Drug Store. There may be cases of departure from the claims made by any particular Drug Store. In such situation user should take up the matter with the Drug Store. The app is only aggregator and has nothing to do in such situation. Mera Patient app is not responsible for any incorrect supply, supply of any substituted medicine, any expired medicine or any like nature claim. Since the Mera Patient app is only aggregator providing platform to both buyer and seller and transaction has being taken place b/w user and medical drug store. Hence all claims of such nature or like nature will have to be b/w user and medical drug store. Any cheating, fraud reported during the transactions than the same has to be settled b/w the user and medical drug store. The Lucky Coins can be redeemed against the invoice for payment in terms of the redemption policy. The medicine will be delivered according to the delivery terms of drug store. In general conditions it has to be collected for the chemist shop during the business hrs.



Users of Panic Button:-



Mera Patient app is not responsible sort of inconvenience of discomfort arises due to ringing of the alarm and notification. Mera Patient app is not responsible for any legal problem complication arises due to ringing of alarm in any silent zone.  Mera Patient app is not responsible for any sort of misuse done by the user for pressing by Panic button. If due to any technical reason the Panic button does not function or desired person has not receive any alarm than Mera Patient app does not holds any responsibility on same since these are beyond controls.



Users of Health Records:-



Mera Patient app shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the Users for any losses, damages, unavailability or corrupt data due to any technical reasons beyond the control of Mera Patient app. Though it has taken all due care to keep the data intact and safe by keeping the data on cloud with SSL. The data can be lost due to hacking, virus and others attacks of similar nature for which Mera Patient app do not hold any responsibility. No claimed can be made in this regard. The User is allowing Mera Patient app to keep maintain his medical records of all kinds. The user is allowing absolute rights to use his medical records in any manners. Mera Patient app Kept medical records according to the retention policy. The User can use the medical records as per the terms and conditions of the app. Mera Patient app do not take responsibility for any kind of miss appropriation, manipulating, deleting, copying, broadcasting of any data due to false login and loss causes to users thereof.



Users of Health Band:-



Mera Patient app is not responsible for any technical analysis or result provided by the Health Band company or service providers. Mera Patient app is not responsible for any issue related to for non sinking due to technical reason. Mera Patient app is not claiming that every health band can be sink with app to provide analysis. If the app does not sink with health band then no claim for any loss can be made on the company.



Users of Free Consultation:-



Mera Patient App do not hold any responsibility for consultation, analysis, recommendation, opinion provided by the doctor/analyst/professional on request made to him through free consultation. The Opinion provided is the sole discussion of that consultant and we do not claim any quality assurance or legitimacy for the same. 



Lab’s Terms & Conditions:-



Mera Patient app reserves rights to check authenticity, Validity, correctness of the data and information provided by the Diagnostic lab. Mera Patient app reserve right to share any information in the manner to  provided by the Diagnostic Labs. Mera Patient  app can claim any amount of loss,   damages due to Non fulfillment of any violation of any term by the diagnostic lab. Mera Patient APP reserve rights to recover any loss, damage, compensations paid to the user for the act conduct or action done by the diagnostics lab which caused loss to the user.  Mera Patient app reserves rights to levy or charged any penalty for delay or not providing or wrong submission of any report to the user.

App reserve rights to de-impaneled, debarred any diagnostics lab on violation of terms & conditions or falsification/miss representation or non fulfillment of terms & conditions. App reserve rights to de-impaneled, debarred any diagnostics lab if lab not responding to the prescribed limit or orders. App does not have responsibility or user behavior or his response. No diagnostics lab is allowed to amend/alter/modify enhance the rate once quoted.  Every diagnostics lab liable to provide reports within the prescribe time limit. The lab is also liable to upload the reports on the given email address in the manner prescribed. The app is reserve right to settle the ultimate bill on month bases. Diagnostics lab hereby gives permissions the app to retain the agreed portion of the commission along with applicable taxes (such as GST etc) from the amount received by the user. Under obligation to upload the copy of invoice and receipt to the user by the gross amount. Diagnostics lab has responsibility to execute order in to means it can not respond for the part of test and he is under obligation to complete the transaction means it has to give reports for all test in the prescribed time limit. If for any reason complete test reports does not delivered to user then it will be considered as in complete order and no amount is payable to the lab and penal charges would be applied and would be recover from him. The App Admin have full rights to honor the refund claim terms of the refund policy and the Diagnostics lab should honor the ultimate decision of administrator. All such refunds will be compensated or money can be detained by the app to the extent of refund Made in terms of the refund policy.  The information the agreement the rates are the confidential part of the app and should not be communicated/revealed to anybody. NO Diagnostics lab can sublet work to any other diagnostics lab. If once order confirmed by Diagnostics lab than Diagnostics lab can not cancel that order otherwise he will be charged.



Medical Drug Store’s Terms & Conditions:-



Mera Patient app reserves rights to check authenticity, Validity, correctness of the data and information provided by the Medical Store. Mera Patient app reserve right to share any information in the manner to  provided by the Medical Drug Store. Mera Patient  app can claim any amount of loss,   damages due to Non fulfillment of any violation of any term by the Medical Drug Store. Mera Patient app reserve rights to recover any loss, damage, compensations paid to the user for the act conduct or action done by the Medical Drug Store which caused loss to the user. Mera Patient app reserves rights to levy or charged any penalty for delay or not providing or wrong submission of any Order to the user. App reserve rights to de-impaneled, debarred any Medical Drug Store on violation of terms & conditions or falsification/miss representation or non fulfillment of terms & conditions. App reserve rights to de-impaneled, debarred any Medical drug store if Medical Drug Store not responding to the prescribed limit or orders. App does not have responsibility or user behavior or his response. Every Medical Drug Store liable to complete Order within the prescribe time limit. The app is reserve right to settle the ultimate bill on month bases. Medical drug store hereby gives permissions the app to retain the agreed portion of the commission along with applicable taxes. Under obligation to upload the copy of invoice and receipt to the user by the gross amount. The App Admin have full rights to honor the refund claim terms of the refund policy and Medical Drug Store will not dispute the decision in this regards. All such refunds will be compensated or money can be detained by the app to the extent of refund Made in terms of the refund policy. The information the agreement the rates are the confidential part of the app and should not be communicated to anybody. NO Medical Store can sublet work to any other Medical Store.
