Upon receiving your Return/refund request, Mera Patient app shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Mera Patient app found that the request is genuine, it will initiate the return and refund process. However, Mera Patient app shall process the refund, once it has received the confirmation from the respective vendor in respect of the contents of the product/service relating to that refund. In case of any grievances, refund claim, any sort of complained in goods or service than the same has to be reported within 24 hrs from the time of order. To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. Return Policy is as per the specifications for the specific vendor, no material once sold can be returned however if specific vendors allowed/replacement it will be sole discretion and in no case Mera Patient app is liable /responsible for any such case.
Reward/Referral Point Policy:-
Reward Point can be utilized within 90 days from its original creations. The Reward Point can be utilized up to a maximum limit of 2% of the particular orders payable amount post discount. Referral should be to a real person, if it is found otherwise then both/all will be disqualify and blocked/Bar using the app. Your reward points are redeemable at order place through Mera Patient app only. Reward Points cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash. You cannot refer any of our existing Mera Patient customers. You cannot refer yourself. In other words, the Referrer and the Referred Customer cannot be the same person. You cannot re-refer the same person you have referred before. You must make referrals only via Mera Patient app and not by any other means (such as through phone/email/What’s App) and discount cannot be given for such referrals. Mera Patient app reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify you or your referral(s) from our Refer a friend program if you or your referral(s) have been found to engage in fraudulent or other activities that violate the terms of this program. Mera Patient app reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Refer & Earn program at any time without prior notice. Reward Points will be given on first referral to any person. Subsequent referral to the same person by anybody will not entitle getting reward points. Referral means sending invitation to download Mera Patient app on a different mobile device the referral points can only be given once the other person (to whom invite has been sent) downloads this application and feed the referred code at time to registration.

The Login, Password & other credentials link with this app are excepted to be kept confidential since entire data is link with the same. Mera Patient app does not guaranty any short of security or confidentially or availability to the user in case of any loss or damages caused due to any cyber related problem or any action of god or nature. This record is initially offered to be kept without any cost. However Mera Patient reserve rights to levy any short of charges for keeping, maintaining, retrieving, use of any records at any point of time usually whole records will be safe but no claim for the old record can be made. In any case the Mera Patient app cannot be held responsible for technical error, internet problem, virus attack etc.
